3d33 Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 3d33 platform and all of its services. When you open an account on 3d33, play any game, or use any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is authoritative. Any translation of the Terms is for informational purposes only — the Bengali version shall be considered final in all legal matters.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — refers to the 3d33 website and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who opens an account or uses the platform.
• "Services" — gaming, sports betting, promotions, and other digital entertainment services provided by 3d33.

2. Account Registration

To use services on 3d33, you must open a valid account. At the time of registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 3d33 immediately.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Keep your login credentials safe and always log out after using a public device. 3d33 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless it was caused by a failure of the platform itself.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

By opening an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 3d33 may at any time request a government-issued ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence) for age verification.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 3d33 may request additional documents. Withdrawals may be held until this verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and all funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on 3d33 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile banking service.
• Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

Withdrawal processing may be delayed or temporarily suspended in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• While an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
• During technical maintenance.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

3d33 is committed to preventing money laundering. The platform monitors transactions on a regular basis and reserves the right to notify authorities of any suspicious activity. Using the platform's money transfer facility for any purpose other than gaming activity is prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

3d33 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
• If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If promotion abuse is suspected, 3d33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 3d33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

3d33 has a five-tier VIP program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits are available at each tier. VIP members are automatically upgraded to higher tiers based on their activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable and will be cancelled if the account is closed.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

3d33 believes in fair play. Any form of cheating, match-fixing, use of bots, software hacking, or any other dishonest tactic on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be cancelled and funds may be forfeited.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs in any game or transaction, 3d33 reserves the right to declare that game or round void. Any winnings displayed as a result of such an error may not be applicable. 3d33 is not liable for any loss caused by a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the original bet amount will be refunded.

7. Responsible Gaming

3d33 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. It is each user's own responsibility to set personal financial limits and enjoy gaming within them.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Rights of 3d33

3d33 may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Direction from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Account Closure at User's Request

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. Before closing your account, please ensure that all active bonus wagering has been completed and any available balance has been withdrawn.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3d33 platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of 3d33 or its licensors. Reuse, modification, or distribution of any element of the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.

Game software is the intellectual property of the respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) and is governed by their own terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Technical Disruptions

3d33 is not liable for any loss caused by internet outages, server downtime, cyber attacks, or other technical issues. However, 3d33 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform.

10.2 Third-Party Services

In the event of issues related to payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers) or game providers, 3d33 will act as an intermediary but is not directly responsible for the actions of those services.

10.3 Maximum Liability

In the case of any claim, 3d33's maximum liability is limited to the actual amount of funds held in the user's account at the time relevant to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please close your account and withdraw any available funds.
